EIGHT LIMITED will provide Repair Services (as defined below) to Customer under warranty terms or chargeable basis pursuant to the terms and conditions hereof.


1) You must present original invoice / receipt and guarantee certificate (original copy) issued by EIGHT LIMITED for verification when repair service is rendered, otherwise repair service will be on chargeable basis. (Please refer to Terms and Conditions for details)


2) The warranty shall not apply to the following:

Damages caused by water, fire, accident, negligence, abuse or misuse, improper voltage input, normal wear and tear, or any unauthorized repair or being tempered with.


3) The governing version of Terms & Conditions is on the printed Guarantee Certificate, and shall prevail when there are inconsistency between the online version and the printed version. If there is any inconsistency or conflict between English and Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.


4) Please register online or complete and return the Guarantee Registration Card to EIGHT LIMITED WITHIN 10 DAYS from the date of purchase and customers only have to register once, otherwise, it may cause delay in free guarantee service.

You do not need to mail the warranty card to Eight Limited after successful registration here.

5) The warranty service is controlled by the terms of the contract, In case of any dispute, EIGHT LIMITED reserves the right got final judgment and decision.


6) The warranty service is only valid for the product purchased in Hong Kong SAR and Macau SAR only.
